
NYSDA offers its members a registry service for educational credits earned. The registry electronically records continuing education (CE) credit hours for courses completed. Participants can view their official transcript of continuing education activity on this Web site in the members-only section.
To access the Members-only section you must log into your account using your ADA number and personal password.
The NYSDA transcript is accepted by the New York State Education Department as proof of completion of all courses listed. Malpractice carriers, hospitals and other employers also accept the NYSDA transcript as proof of continuing education activity.
In the event of an audit performed by the New York State Education Department, a NYSDA member can contact NYSDA to request a transcript to be sent to the New York State Education Department.
