Sugarless Wednesday, an award-winning program held during Children's Dental Health Month in New York State, is a day devoted to teaching children about healthy nutrition choices and the impact oral health has on overall health.

USDA Lesson Plans for Teachers: Educational materials developed at the elementary school level to help children learn the MyPyramid food guidance system.
