New York Named First Age-Friendly State by AARP and WHO

Governor Cuomo has announced that New York State has been named the first-ever age-friendly state by the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP) and the World Health Organization (WHO).  The designation includes a health care services rating component for health care for the elderly.  To read Governor Cuomo's announcement and summary of New York being named the first-ever age-friendly state, use the link below.
