Workers’ Compensation and No Fault Reimbursement
The revised NYS Workers' Compensation Dental Fee Schedule implemented on March 1, 2009, included an error in the descriptor for the CDT code D8090: comprehensive orthodontic treatment of the adult dentition. The Dental fee schedule mistakenly included the term "up to age 21" in the descriptor for D8090. Effective March 1, 2011, the Workers' Compensation Board issued a correction deleting this language from the fee schedule.
