NYS New Dentist Conference

Be part of the 1st annual NYSDA New Dentist Conference on Friday, June 8th 2012 at the beautiful Roosevelt Hotel in Mid-town Manhattan.

This one-day conference will provide an opportunity for networking, panel discussions on practice management, camaraderie and discover how you can be a better dentist, a stronger leader and more effective communicator.  Registration is limited to the first 100 people, so get your ticket soon!

Register online (credit card only)

  • NYSDA Member Dentist: $50
    2012 membership dues must be paid to be eligible for a NYSDA member rate.  Eligibility for rates paid will be verified prior to the conference.
  • Non-Member Dentist: $75
    Not a member?  Click here to join.
  • Dental Resident/Student: $25

Registration Deadlines

  • Pre-conference registration: Online deadline May 28, 2012 or until full
  • After May 28, 2012, you may register on-site at the conference until the 100 spots are filledThere is an additional $25 fee for on-site registration at the conference.  No cash payments will be accepted on-site, only checks and credit cards will be accepted.  

Cancellation Policy

  • All refund requests must be received in writing to the NYSDA offices no later than May 28, 2012.
  • Approved refunds or credits will be issued following the conference.
  • Requests received after May 28, 2012 will not be eligible for a refund.

Hotel Room Reservations

The deadline has passed!  If you like, you can try contacting the hotel to see if they have rooms left at the regular rate.

Deadline: May 7, 2012

Conference attendees are required to make their own hotel reservations.  Special conference rates are offered at the Roosevelt Hotel: $245 plus taxes for a standard room (single/double occupancy).

There are two ways to make a hotel room reservation

After the cut-off date (May 7, 2012) or when the room block has been filled, the hotel will accept room reservations on a space-available basis at the current available rates.

Check-in time is 3PM, Check-out time is Noon.  Guests arriving before 3PM will be accommodated as rooms become available.

Cancellation Policy
You are liable for one night's room and tax, which will be billed through your credit card in the event you do not cancel 24 hours prior to the day of arrival by 3PM.
