the ugly truths nobody wants to talk about: peri-implant infections\, bone
loss\, esthetic disasters you can’t fix and the lawsuits that can follow.
This course rips the curtain back. No sugar-coating\, no sponsor-approved
  slides\; just the raw\, unfiltered secrets\, complications\, and flat-out
screw-ups we usually pretend don’t exist (even to ourselves). Walk away k
nowing exactly what can go wrong\, why it goes wrong\, and how to stop it
from torching your reputation. If you’re tired of learning about implants
from reps who’ve never touched a handpiece or surgeons who are on the comp
