The New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) has clarified that the fiscal year (FY) 2023 enacted State Budget eliminated the 1.5% across-the-board (ATB) reduction in Medicaid reimbursements, effective for claims of service dated April 1, 2022, and beyond. Claims submitted after March 31, 2022, for dates of service prior to April 1, 2022, would still be subject to the 1.5% ATB reduction. Further information can be found on the NYSDOH Web site at:
