Robert Malandruccolo - Bank of America

Robert is a Regional Business Development Officer for Bank of America Practice Solutions. He specifically works with dentists in the New York, Manhattan and Long Island markets (I assume there is a better way to describe the region). Robert started in March 2013 as an Area Manager covering New York and New Jersey. In 2014 Robert was promoted to Regional Business Development Officer and services Dental clients seeking financing for Healthcare Projects/ Business Endeavors throughout the state of NY & CT. Robert specializes in start-up locations, additional locations, remodels, expansions, equipment, refinancing practice debt and commercial real estate purchases.

Robert has over 20 years working in some capacity with the dental industry working previously with the two largest dental companies in the market and has helped over 500 dental clients with practice ownership & expansion. Jason McKenzie is a Vice President and Regional Business Development Officer with Bank of America Practice Solutions. He specializes in dental practice mergers and acquisitions, advising both first-time buyers and experienced operators on structuring and financing complex transactions. Jason partners closely with clients through every stage of the acquisition process, from evaluation and deal structure to integration and long-term growth, while also supporting real estate and broader expansion initiatives.

Jason joined Bank of America in 2012 as a Vendor Account Manager based in Columbus, Ohio, where he worked closely with industry vendors and gained deep insight into the operational and financial needs of dental practices. In 2015, he was promoted to Regional Business Development Officer for New Jersey, where he built a strong market presence and developed lasting relationships with clients and referral partners.
