NYSDA's Member Assistance Program, provided by AllOne Health®, can help you reduce stress, improve mental health, and make life easier by connecting you to the right information, resources, and referrals. Wellness resources and services to support mental health, financial wellness, and life coaching are offered in addition to one-on-one short-term mental health counseling.
