We understand that you’re just getting started, so here are few resources to make it easier to navigate your new profession. NYSDA members have access to a full support staff, including the Membership Concierge. The membership concierge helps members with questions on continuing education, licensure or to assists with navigating available resources and benefits of membership.

Our Membership Concierge is available to all New York State Dental Association members whenever they need information or answers. New and returning members will be contacted by our Concierge extending a warm welcome and providing tips on how to access your NYSDA online account, your Member Benefits guide and other helpful resources.
New dentists may find the guidance the Concierge offers to be especially helpful! Whether you've just finished residency or you have just recently moved to New York, you can turn to the Concierge for information including starting a practice, continuing education, networking opportunities and more! Members that have been with the Association for several years can also utilize the services of our Concierge.
Taking advantage of every benefit and maximizing your membership is easy when you can have a real conversation with a real person ready to provide you and your practice support. Membership is about benefits and our Concierge is one of many!
NYSDA has nine standing Councils, each with one (1) new dentist member. Councils are established by the House of Delegates, for members to assist in the positive development of the dental profession, monitor trends affecting the oral health of the public, and create recommended policy adjustments.

The New Dentist Trustee provides NYSDA leadership with a unique perspective representing the New Dentists in New York State. It is a great opportunity to refine leadership skills and build lasting relationships among the leaders in the profession. It is also a chance to shape the future of dentistry.
