Council, Committee & Delegate Changes
To help streamline updates and ensure our records remain accurate throughout the year, we have created dedicated forms for submitting changes to Council and Committee appointments, as well as substitutions or replacements for Delegates and Alternate Delegates.
Going forward, all changes must be submitted using the appropriate forms below. Changes submitted by email or other methods will no longer be accepted.
